■ Cancellation

- We cannot accept any order cancellations, product returns or exchanges due to personal reasons after 7 days of receiving the item. Please understand in advance.

・If a product different from the ordered product that is delivered, we will replace the defective product. However, please note that refund processing may be performed if there is no replacement stock.

We will refund or exchange any defective products or other items necessary due to our error at our expense.

■About refund

・For credit card payment
We will cancel the credit payment data for the relevant order.

・In the case of cash on delivery payment, after confirming the returned product at our company, the refund amount will be transferred to the designated account  equal to the amount of the product (including consumption tax) in about 1 week, excluding the cash on delivery fee. 

・If the delivered product is defective 
Please inform us by email within 7 days after the item arrives and arrange a return with us. We will refund the price (product price only) if there is no exchange or if there is no stock.

Please be sure to pick up products we send to you. 

In the unlikely event that your package cannot be picked up, even after the storage period of the package has expired, we may charge the necessary expenses such as the round trip shipping cost of the product by the content certification mail. 

If you cannot transfer the amount charged in the proof of content, we will judge that it is a malicious case, report the damage to the police, and file a small amount lawsuit. 
If you disregard this request, we will take legal action in a simplified court having jurisdiction over our store location. 
In that case, please note that you will be responsible for the transportation and litigation costs required to appear in court.
